REGISTRATION: Each 360 dancer is required to pay an annual registration fee of $30.00. If you have more than one dancer in an immediate family, the annual registration is $30.00 total for the entire family. A reduced registration fee is available if you register after February. See below…

Note: In the chart above, .25 equals 15 minutes, .50 equals 30 minutes, .75 equals 45 minutes.
* Any dancer taking at least 5.0 hours per week and no more than 7.75 hours per week can take part in the 360 Unlimited Dance Pricing Plan for a minimal additional cost as listed above.
** All dancers who are required to take over 8.0 hours of dance per week have automatically earned the 360 Unlimited Dance Pricing Plan. The Monthly fee is listed above.
360 UNLIMITED PRICING: In 06-07, 360 Dance will continue to offer an awesome unlimited pricing plan to its 360 competitive dance team members. The format is slightly different from last year as the number of required classes and hours have changed for many dancers. This year's unlimited price sliding scale will be more appropriately based on the number of total dance hours per week, not the number of competitive teams.
The 360 unlimited pricing plan allows these dancers to take full advantage of maximizing their dance experience at 360 by taking a class that may not be required or by taking an extra hip-hop, technique or ballet class. It's easy...you just pay one, flat monthly fee!
Dancers taking over 5.0 hours and no more than 7.75 hours per week can take part in the unlimited plan for an additional cost. Any dancer taking 8.0 hours or more per week is automatically placed on the unlimited pricing plan. Review your total hours (including required classes and competitive teams). Then, refer to the chart above to determine the exact cost. Reminder...the 360 unlimited pricing plan does NOT include the monthly 360 Allstar fee.
360 ALLSTAR FEES: The 360 Allstar fee is a flat amount per month. This fee is based on the number of national competitive dance teams that the dancer made for this year. See “360 Allstar Pricing” chart below for exact costs…

FAMILY DISCOUNTS: A family discount is offered on monthly class fees to any family that has 2 or more dancers in their immediate family. The family discount is 10% on non-unlimited dancers and 5% on unlimited dancers. Family discounts ARE NOT available on 360 Allstar pricing and/or summer classes.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Depending on the class and/or team placement of the dancer, additional costs may be necessary including costume fees, 360 Live! Show fees, and in some cases, coach fees, choreography fees, convention fees and competition fees. Due dates and amounts of these payments will be announced on the information board in the 360 lobby. Late fees will also apply to these payments. If you have any more questions on these costs, please see a 360 office staff member.

Payment Information
FEE DUE DATES/LATE FEES: The annual registration fee must be paid prior to the first class. No dancer will be allowed to take classes without first paying this fee. Monthly class fees are due by the 10th of each month. After the 10th of each month, 360 will be STRICTLY ENFORCING a “late fee.” Please refer to the following chart for “late fee” charges…

* VERY IMPORTANT! If monthly fees have not been received by the 15th of that particular month, the instructor will ask the dancer to sit out of class until the payment is made in full. All late fees and payments are still due in this circumstance.
PAYMENT METHODS: Checks and cash are acceptable forms of payment. All checks should be made out to 360 Dance. A bounced check fee of $20 will be charged on all returned checks. All class fee payments should be given to a 360 office staff member or placed in the “payment drop box” at the front counter. Do not leave cash payments in this box.
REFUNDS: There are NO REFUNDS on any payment made to 360 Dance, including but not limited to class fees, competition or convention fees, 360 Live! Show fees, coach fees, choreography fees, costume fees, etc.
PRORATIONS: 360 prorates monthly class fees for dancers that start dancing at 360 in the middle of a month. The office staff will assist you in determining prorated class fees. Payments cannot be prorated if a dancer misses class for any reason.
