Ashley is one of the owners of 360 Dance. Besides carrying the duties of studio director, she also serves an instructor of our technique classes, and the head choreographer of our studio competitive dance groups. Ashley has been teaching at our studio since 1987, when she was only 14 years old. She began dancing at our studio in 1975 at the age of 2½. In 1990, Ashley was selected by the Governor’s School for the Arts to attend its summer program. She also trained extensively with the Louisville Ballet for nearly 10 years and was a member of the University of Louisville Ladybirds dance team for 2 years. Ashley received a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville in 1996. She is the current coach and choreographer of the Assumption High School dance team which has won 3 National Championships...1999, 2003 and 2005. This team has placed in the top 5 in the country for 8 consecutive years and top 3 for 7 consecutive years. She has also choreographed over 20 National Champion routines for our studio in the last several years at various competitions in Las Vegas, Orlando, Gatlinburg, Myrtle Beach, Daytona Beach and Columbus. Ashley is married to Aaron Flaker, who owns JAMfest Cheer and Dance Events based in Louisville, Kentucky. They have two sons, Braxton and Tyce.

Casey is an instructor of our technique and hip-hop classes. Casey is THE BEST HIP-HOP instructor in Louisville, hands down. He has been an instructor at 360 since 2001. Casey danced at our studio from 1997 to 2003 and achieved major accomplishments including his participation on the National Champion 360 Senior Allstar team in 2003 and a studio team that won the 2002 Co. Dance "Performance of the Year!" He also won numerous dance scholarships to train in Los Angeles, California and graduated in 2003 from the Youth Performing Arts School (YPAS) of DuPont Manual High School. Casey spends his free time choreographing for several dance and cheer teams across the U.S. He also travels across the U.S. on many weekends working for JAMfest Cheer and Dance Events.

Greta teaches several technique and recreational dance classes and is a choreographer for several of our studio competitive dance groups. Greta also serves as the director of our 360 KIDS program. She has worked at 360 for nearly 8 years and has choreographed several National Championship routines for our studio in the last 3 years. Greta began dancing at our studio in 1988 when she was 6 years old. While dancing at our studio, Greta was a 7-time National Champion, a winner of numerous dance scholarships and awards and trained in various studios in Los Angeles. She was also a member of the Assumption High School dance team for 4 years and was on the 1999 National Champion team. Greta began college at the University of Kentucky, where she danced for the UK pom squad for 1 year. She transferred to the University of Louisville and danced for the UofL Ladybirds dance team for two years winning a Collegiate National Championship in 2004. Greta graduated from the University of Louisville in 2006 with Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration. She has also taught dance and choreographed across the U.S. and abroad (Finland).

Jessica is in her 5th year teaching at 360 Dance. She serves as a choreographer for our studio competitive groups. She also teaches technique classes, choreographs various solos, duets and trios and gives private technique lessons to our dancers. She was a member of 8 total 360 National Champion teams, two of which won Co. Dance "Performance of the Year!" Jessica was a 4 year member and two time National Champion on the Assumption High School Dance Team (2003 and 2005). She continues to train regularly in Los Angeles which has included an audtition and performance in a music video with "Break the Floor Productions" and a scholarship to the "Carnival Choreographer's Ball." Jessica assists with the Assumption High School dance team and volunteers her time coaching our new 360 Special Needs dance team. Jessica is currently attending Indiana University Southeast majoring in business marketing.

Crissie joined our staff in the summer of 2007 and teaches our 360 KIDS classes. She is from Louisville and is the owner of Dance Fitness, a 10 year-old program that travels to day cares and after school programs teaching dance to children ages 2 and up. Crissie also contracts through various YMCAs as a specialist performing camps and workshops for kids of all ages. She coached the Fern Creek High School dance team for several years where she won 2 National titles. Crissie is a very proud mommy of four...Bralynn (a 360 dancer), Cooper (a tee-ball ALL-star and cool hip-hopper), Brinlee (a new 360 dancer) and, the newest addition, Breeya (a future 360 dancer).

Staci is a former student of the Youth Performing Arts School (YPAS) in Louisville, KY and a graduate of Western Kentucky University. She is a former UDA Dance Instructor and her studio teaching experience includes Balance Point Dance Solutions as well as the Dance Arts of Bowling Green. Staci has also coached and choreographed for many award winning school dance teams including Greenwood High School and Meyzeek Middle School. Staci will be instructing our Open/Recreational Program groups.

Janet is great new addition to our 360 staff. She is originally from New York and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in ballet from the University of Cincinnati College of Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Hunter College City University of New York. After training on scholarship at the American Ballet Theatre School and Harkness House for Ballet Arts, Janet danced professionally with the Eliot Feld Company, Richard Englund Dance Repertory Company, Bolshoi Ballet and Kirov Ballet. She has taught for over 15 years in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana with the Louisville Ballet School, University of Louisville Dance Academy, the Otto Budig Academy of Cincinnati Ballet and Cincinnati's School of Creative and Performing Arts. Janet is married to Wayne and has two daughters, Lauren and Jenny.

Jena joined our 360 staff in 2002 and is one of our ballet instructors. She is originally from Houston, Texas and trained extensively at the Houston Ballet Academy for nearly 8 years from 1986 to 1992. In 1992 and 1993, Jena also attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma as a dance major until she accepted a job with the Louisville Ballet. She danced for the Louisville Ballet for 7 years from 1993 to 2000. While dancing there, Jena performed in several ballets including Swan Lake, Giselle, Serenade and Romeo and Juliet. Jena has also performed in both the Louisville Ballet’s and Houston Ballet’s Nutcracker. She is married to Scott Baldridge and has two boys, Jacob and Aaron.

Erica De La O is originally from Los Angeles and studied at Le Studio in Pasadena, CA and the North Carolina School of Arts. Prior to joining the Louisville Ballet in 2003, Erica danced with Columbia City Ballet. Highlights in her repertoire include Giselle, Theme and Variations, Por El Fuego by Harrison McEldowney, Adam Hougland’s Free Flow, Four Last Songs and Jimmy Gabonet’s Nous Sommes, among others.

Janet is new to our 360 staff and recently relocated to Louisville from Indianapolis. Janet is a graduate of the Butler University dance department and has danced with Midwest Dance Theater and the Evansville Dance Theater. She also taught ballet, pointe, jazz and pilates at various schools and studios in Indy and guest taught at the Tulsa Ballet School. Janet began studying pilates 15 years ago. She completed a pilates certification program through the Physical Mind Institute and is currently pursuing additional certification through Integrated Balance in Louisville.

David’s artistic career began as a dancer with the Louisville Ballet and later expanded to teaching, coaching and choreographing. He started and developed the dance department at the Louisville Youth Performing Arts School (YPAS). He later became the founding director of the Kentucky Governing School of the Arts. David currently works at the Development Director of the Louisville Theatrical Association and continues to teach and choreograph throughout the Louisville metro area.

Tamara is a graduate of the Youth Performing Arts School and earned a BFA in Choreography and Performance from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She recently completed an internship in Washington, D.C. at Dance Place, one of the nation’s most prolific presenters of dance. Tamara joined the Louisville Ballet School faculty in August 2006, as a Modern Dance instructor for upper level students.

Debbie is one of the owners of 360 Dance and also serves as the studio manager. She has been the glue that has held everything together at 360 since 1988. Debbie is involved in the daily dissemination of information to the families of our dancers, developing studio policies for staff and students, ordering and sizing of costumes, overseeing student accounts, working with our staff to provide the best possible environment for our dancers and performing other general office managerial duties. Debbie is the person to see if you have any general questions. Most of our studio calls her "Big Mama" instead of Debbie. She’s earned that name for sure! Debbie is married to David Williams and has two children, Ashley (co-owner) and Chris. She has three grandchildren...Braxton, Tyce and Emily.

Cindy joined the 360 staff in 2003 and is the current office manager at our studio. She has many office duties but is primarily responsible for collecting, logging and assessing all studio payments and fees. You can usually find her working hard behind our customer service desk at the front of the studio. Cindy was a dance mom for over 20 years. Both of her daughters danced at our studio and for Assumption High School. Her oldest daughter, Dr. Tracy Van Meter, was a member of the original Assumption High School dance team in the mid 90’s and her younger daughter, Leslie, was a member of the 1999 National Champion team at Assumption and won a National Championship with our studio. Cindy and her family represent a big part of our studio’s tradition. She is also a grandparent to Leslie's daughter, Layla.

Tony joined the 360 staff back in 2005, but most recently was named as our new facility manager. His duties entail a variety of things including taking care of anything and everything to do with the "Snack Barre", facility maintenance/cleaning and keeps us safe and sound at 360! Tony is a state certified Paramedic and just recently retired from Louisville EMS after 24 years of service. He is married to Terri and they have a daughter, Taylor, that's been dancing at 360 for 9 years.
